    To install the package:
- run: latex booklet.ins (which will generate booklet.sty & bkltprnt.sty)
- Move booklet.sty and bkltprnt.sty to a location where LaTeX will find them
  (typically in a local texmf tree at tex/latex/booklet) and refresh the
  file database. See the FAQ on CTAN at help/uk-tex-faq or
  http://www.tug.ac.uk/faq for more information on this.
    To process the user manual:
- run: latex booklet.dtx
       For an index run: makeindex -s gind.ist booklet
- run: latex booklet.dtx
- Print booklet.dvi for a hardcopy of the user manual and documented code
