The PAGENOTE package

    The pagenote package provides tagged notes on a separate page 
(aka end notes). Unless the memoir class is used, the package requires
the ifmtarg package.

    To install the package:
- run: latex pagenote.ins (which will generate pagenote.sty)
- Move pagenote.sty to a location where LaTeX will find it (typically
  in a local texmf tree at tex/latex/pagenote) and refresh the 
  file database. See the FAQ on CTAN at help/uk-tex-faq or
  http://www.tug.ac.uk/faq for more information on this.
    To process the user manual
- run: latex pagenote.dtx
- For an index, run: makeindex -s gind.ist pagenote
- run: latex pagenote.dtx
- Print pagenote.dvi for a hardcopy of the user manual
